Hi, I'm Hala Hamdan

My Journey

I came to America from Jerusalem in 2016, and English became my second language. This experience gave me a unique perspective on the challenges students face when learning something new, and it fuels my passion for patient, supportive teaching.

Currently, I'm completing my student teaching as I finish my Elementary Education degree at Lewis University (graduating May 2026). With years of classroom experience from Jerusalem to Illinois, I believe that learning should be engaging, interactive, and fun!
